Speed limit jumps from 40 to 30.

Speed limit along I-26 from NC into TN ranges from 60 to 65 in most places. As you approach TN border from NC there is a sign about trucks going 55 (weigh station?) but suddenly it must drop for cars on a 6 lane highway with hardly any exits as you pop over the hill – there sits a trooper. As you go further down where there is much more congestion and exits, the speed limit increases back up to 60 and 65. Was a pretty drive that I will never do again nor spend any money for gas or food (taxes) until I reach VA or NC from now on

If headed towards State of Franklin Road from Milligan end of University Parkway there’s a drop in speed limit just before coming around the curve to where Maple Street is located. They sit at the intersection of Maple and University.

Cop sits on Lester heights road

Speed limit here is 45(new 5 Lane highway-replaced old 2 Lane hwy-speed limit on old hwy was 55).State Trooper and county Mounties hide at bottom of hill near new bridge. Why is this new highway 45 when the old two Lane it replaced was 55?
