Driving North on 169 from the river past old shakopee road. The speed limit drops from 65 to 55. The officer stands on the north bound ramp with a laser gun and tags people. The he (she) radios the others who are lined up in a line further up the ramp. Just north of old shakopee road hwy 169 goes down hill. If you are not already at 55 on the brakes,(trucks with trailers) you will be at 65 on the glide. The officer is impossible to see when you are going north until it is to late.
