Interstate 275 near Mile Marker 14 Pennsylvania Road overpass
A City of Romulus Police officer is parked in an unmarked, light brown, older model Chevy Blazer on the Pennsylvania Road overpass of I-275 (approx. Mile Marker 14). He is parked so that Northbound I-275 traffic cannot see him. He shoots a Laser gun from behind the Northbound I-275 traffic passing below him, aiming at rear license plates. Marked chase cars wait in the median about a quarter mile north of his location.
