This is definitely a speed trap. Was clock "speeding" while coming to a stop at the traffic light in front of Roeper School. Nighttime and the cop was in and black unmarked in the unlit school lot. When I went to "court" to oppose the ticket for speeding to a stoplight. There was no judge at all. Just the issuing cop in a hallway along with a line of the other 10-15 tickets that she had written during that period. More came in as others left very upset. Once getting my turn, my "for points" ticket was reduce to an impeding traffic ticket that happened to be the same $100+ penalty. Since I had already taken a day off to meet the "judge", I couldn't afford to give up more money to come back another day. I paid the ticket and left upset as well.
