Coolidge (Schaefer) heading south right at the border of the city.
As you enter River Rouge, heading south on Coolidge (Schaefer Road–name changes), the speed drops from 35 MPH to 25 MPH right at the border. There are no signs that warn of reduced speed ahead. By the time you see the 25 MPH sign, the cop is already using his radar gun. He is stationed less than 500 feet from the city limits on the side road next to the viaduct. He gets you right at the point where the speed changes. Instant ticket.
