During Garber’s lunch hour there’s almost always a cop here busting teens for speeding to get to Center. They usually hide back in random people’s driveways. . because I assume people called and complained about the speeding teenagers every day. I’ve seen many people pulled over on Orchard. Save yourself a ticket.
