For the last month or so there have been construction barrels up on Grand River between Beck Rd and Novi Rd. The usual 50mph has been reduced to 35 and the traffic fines are doubled. All they are doing is pouring a sidewalk along the road, which they finished in about two days. Novi police almost always have someone pulled over, im guessing they are bringing in some major money. There is no way to avoid it because 10 mile and Novi rd are both insanely congested.
