Outer Drive between Ford rd. & Edward Hines Drive.
Local LEO sets on side street(east side of Outer Drive) about a two blocks south of the Rouge River bridge. Usually nails unsuspecting southbound Outer Drive traffic as the road starts curving w/ a rise just after the bridge.
