Interstate 94 near Vining Road
michigan state police officer sits atop vining rd. overpass and lasers cars as the pass going eastbound, then radios ahead and chase cars pull over drivers(usually before the metro airport exit). this is a joint effort by the state police and wayne county sherriffs. usually done on warm weather days.
