The police cars are regularly parked on the north side of Sunset just before you get to Spring St. catching cars cutting through from Newport to Main St. There is a rise in the road so that if you are going west to east you cannot see them until you crest the hill. They also park around the corner on Fountain, sometimes this is later in the day during after work rush hour. The posted speed limit is 25 because this is a residential area. However, it is very easy to get your speed up because Sunset is a long and wide road that is a convenient thouroughfare to Main street. The west end of Sunset is a school zone. This spot is maybe five or six blocks east of that area.
