Opposumtown Pike Road near South of Frederick Community College
police sit at the first entrance to amber meadows as your leaving fcc(accross from Fort detrick). There are atleast 3 times during the day that they are there. When the career and technology center lets out(10:10-10:25), Lunchtime, and when Fcc gets out(i think thats around 3:45).
