The actual location is Hawthorne Elementary School on Kingston Rd. Baltimore county police sit in the driveway of the school, and zap speeders as well as check for those drivers who fail to come to a full stop at each stop sign!!!

The speed camera is in operation Mon-Fri 6a-8p anytime school is in session. That includes summer school. That is a pick up location for the school summer school kids.
