Northbound Hwy. 29 just South of Hwy. 12/121’s Stop Light
Heading North on 29, as you descend from the Southern Crossing, the highway makes a slow turn to the right about 3/4 mile from the stop light. There is a grouping of trees on the right hand side that CHP likes to use for cover. As you make the turn, you’ll often find them sitting on the shoulder. Hint: as you’re coming down the bridge, look ahead to that same spot – you can easily see them since there are no obstructions to the sight line.
