Along Big Bend from Hy 40 overpass to Manchester
Richmond Heights cops are along this area ,speed limit is only 30MPH on a wide open area, easy to do 40+ mph ,the cops come out of the side streets. The day I got a ticket, the cop had multiple cars lined up for tickets..
