ISP parks along Westbound 465 center divider just past the rise of Harding St overpass, then again about 1 mile west.

ISP parks along Eastbound 465 center divider between Mann Rd on-ramp and White River bridge.

I believe this is the section where the speed limit goes from 70 to 50 within about 2 miles. If you're traveling in heavy traffic in a center lane (with semis around you) you'll likely not see the change.
