Outbound, a mile or so from E Carson Street. They are particularly vigilant during holiday week ends…I got mine Friday before Memorial Day. It’s run by Baldwin cops. I beat the ticket because the officer who wrote the ticket, and appeared in Court, was not the one who timed me. I politely told the Magistrate that the Constitution says I have the right to face my accuser. I also asked the officer if she had ever personally checked the accuracy of the lines, and why she described Vascar as a half assed stop watch set up. Magistrate threw it out, and I watch limit a bit closer now!
