Police sit behind tree on northeast corner of Red Oak Rd and Westmoreland, or to the east down Red Oak Rd so far they can’t see the cars at the stop sign because of all the folage along the road, but like to right tickets early morning when people are trying to go to work. The police cars are painted mostly black and hard to see.
