N. Washington
The speed changes from 65 to 45 at Mill Rd. when Eastbound and from 45 to 65 Westbound. Enforcement is usually in the fall when agricultural trucks being driven by drivers unfamiliar with the speed limits can be cited to add to the city’s or county’s coffers. Additionally, enforcement vehicles monitor speed during the "wee hours" for possible DUI Citations. Enforcement is moderate, increasing when grain and AG products are being transported.
