Hwy 194 North of Mebane
30 mph speed limit on very hilly portion of Highway 194 running through "downtown" Oakland. They sit off a dirt road and ticket you for anything 3 or more over. Like another user stated Oakland gets all their revenue off of these types.

Their revenue may come from tickets/traffic violations but look at their crime rate!! They are everwhere you look in Oakland.!!
