This makes it a good trap because with the speed limit on NewYork Dr being 50MPH it is like a crawl when continuing on Altadena Dr, especially since it is a 4Lane section changing into a 2Lane section just out of view by the curve. When going down hill the Solar powered Speed monitors show your speed about 6~8miles less then actual. Then when the road turns into the 4Lane section it requires full conciousness to remain at 35MPH. And when relying on the Speed monitors at 35MPH remember that your actual speed is between 40 and 43MPH. Enough to get you caught in the trap. Be warned and wishing you a great day.
