Route 23 North Near I-287 on & off ramps
There is almost ALWAYS a car stationed in the grassy area near the on / off ramps of 287 on Rt 23 southbound before West Parkway Exit in Pompton Plains.
Speed limit goes from 50 to 40 coming over the hill. There are also 2 cars at times, one tracking speed & the other to pull you over.
