Yes, I have seen them too. This is a residential area and 30 mph is very slow. Same for between 9 and 10 mile...
I'am a Drivers ed Instrutor in Novi. This is the biggest/worst speed trap I've ever seen. About two years ago they raised it to 35mph with the word "temporarily" underneath. Then several months later for some stupid reason was lowered back down to 30 mph. Everyday I see somebody getting a speeding ticket on this road. Something should be done to have raised to 40mph with the word "permantly" underneath. I warn all of my students to watch your speed here.
