The speed limit in Oakland is 45 mph and held for a reasonable distance to 55 mph But Highway 64 is 65 mph. The speed limit signs were moved to an unreasonable distance to reach 65mph, almost 3 times a reasonable distance exiting east of Oakland until Bell Grove Road. Court cost is $50. Any speed 12mph and under only pay court cost ($50 no matter what). The judge is strict and states Anything over the speed limit is speeding (example 59 in a 55 is speeding – $50 bucks).
