Grand Blvd.
Two stop signs located on Grand Blvd. are both heavily patrolled to catch rolling stops. The officer will change his location every time. He will usually sit back aways from the T intersections but I have seen him sitting in the park also. They will wait for you to roll then follow you a ways before they stop you and write you a ticket for running the stop and for speeding because it’s posted 20mph and no one ever goes 20mph up the whole stretch. It’s 2 tickets in one shot.
