Officers wait in a hidden perch on the side of the road to catch unsuspecting motorists. 2 mph over the speed limit and you are busted. The Kohler cops are not all that friendly either as they have quotas to fill.

Village of Kohler Police will trim your wallet as you enter their village westbound posted sign 45mph on PP. The VK Gestapo sits 15 yards after and will ticket you 10 over stating it was within posted 35mph.
