They hide in an access road where a condo is being bulit (I think), with the cruiser usually parked well back so approaching motorists can’t spot it until they’re almost right on top of it. This is a 50 km/h zone but it is a valley with a steep decline and then incline (like the bottom of a bowl) so people often accelerate down the hill to give themselves a little bit of an advantage going uphill on the other side. I wouldn’t try more than 60 km/h on a good day (i.e. when it’s clear and you know they’re not around because you can’t see them), though I regularly see people going at least 70 km/h.
