Heading east along Eglinton, there is a traffic light at Leslie Ave. Once you past the light, you are travelling up a hill which crests underneath an overhead railway. As you come down the other side, the police are backed up in a field (cruiser hidden), and stand behind a light pole. Using laser they nab people who are cruising down the hill and trying to maintain speed to climb the other side of the valley.
