East bound motorists going over the DeMers bridge. There is often a cop sitting at the bottom of the bridge in a graveled area next to the railroad tracks. It is tempting to give your car a little gas to get over the bridge, then just coast down, however the speed limit is 30 so care must be taken. I have mainly noticed the cop being there during mid-morning and late afternoon times.
