South Service Rd. East of Dixie
Eastbound on South Service, just past Dixie, before it merges with QEW. This is almost like a long ramp to the highway, but there are houses on the south side, so I suppose the cops are protecting the residents. The cops are there quite often, sometimes 3 days in a row. Occasionaly, they will hang out just before South Service merges with the highway, just as you start picking up speed. Mean!

I used to live in one of the houses you mention. The cops sitting here aren't there for the speeders, these are the Ministry of Transport cops looking to bust truckers illegally entering the QEW from this ramp. They won't usually bother the car traffic, unless it's something flagrant.
Truckers beware. Signs are posted closer to Dixie Mall that shows no trucks (over a certain weight) are allowed to use the Service Rd. The signs are not very well posted and missed by many drivers. The police stop several trucks at a time and usually in the am.
