a marked car usually sits in either the ritas italian ice lot or the amf bowling lot and radar you as you come thru the light and down the hill. i got a warning but they get you before you realize they are there.

Actually, the Police set up on Rabon, catching cars heading south. If they set up on Rita's ice lot,
you are heading UPHILL.
