Headed North on California Avenue into Bellevue.
Leaving Brighton Heights, crossing Bellevue (High) Bridge into Bellevue, Lincoln Avenue. Local police sit in small alley on left once you cross bridge. Anything over posted 25 mph. will get you ticketed. Slow down to 25mph. before crossing bridge.
