Traffic zooms down an incline south of Regional Road 97, and there is often a radar unit stationed at or near the entrance to the subdivision at Noble Kirk Dr. Several hundred meters farther down, just past the kennel, there is a driveway with a wall which makes a perfect cover for the OPP pursuit car. You can’t see the cruiser til you are right there. They have had this trap in place for years and man the station several days per month, regularly reeling in the fish — cars exceeding the 80kph limit by 30-50 kph. Slow down to under 100 kpm as you pass the subdivision on your right. You won’t see the police cars until it’s too late.
