The Police will be sitting in the Parking lot of the Catholic church, some place close by, a school zone is to be observed, but other times it is 40 miles an hour.

It is NOT a speed trap. The Catholic Church also has a SCHOOL. One of my children was almost killed by an inattentive driver ignoring the 25 mph SCHOOL ZONE flashing sign and almost running over my child and the police traffic officer walking them across this 5 lane road. Be aware there are children walking across the street in the morning and afternoon.
