Entering Harlingen city limits eastbound on US83
There are cops either pulled over or driving with traffic. If they think you’re going over 5 mph they’ll pull you over. Got a ticket 2 years ago on Good Friday! Couldn’t believe I got a ticket for going (supposedly) 65 or 70 on a 60 mph. Really? Do these cops even have lives??? It’s ridiculous to even have the speed limit at 60, let alone stop someone going 5 mph over.
