i was on my harley w wife in a 55 mph heading west from hwy 18 “obeying” coming from shiloh -pickwick, a little old man in a little truck pulls out in front of me going 20 mph forcing me to go around , over a double line (timed just right if you ask me ) , the chief stops me( black and different color un marked cars ) and gives me a ticket for it , the little old man ( in which the chief claims “he” did nothing wrong, ever heard of failure to yeild right of way ?) stopped just ahead, then when we were through , he backed
up to the chief, they have a conversation on first name basis? If this
happens , DONT GO FOR IT ! Judge will dismiss at court cost , of 100.00 ,off record ) for the entire court room , ( offers all before they start court)!
