Hwy 77 going through school zone north of town
Headed North on hwy 77 coming into Rosebud between Family Dollor and a small school at 4:15 (no one at school) following 3 other cars, goes from 45 to 25 at blinking light on side of rd ( if someone is in front of you cant see the light until you get right up on it) slowed down right before the line police man set up on opposite side 1/2 block down the rd. taged the cars in front of me, then pulled out behind all of us and pulled me over while the other 3 cars speed off. Got me for 38 in 25 when I was going the speed limit.

So you were going 38 in a 25? Um, no you were going the speed limit. The speed limit is 25 NOT 38. You should ahve gotten a ticket especially in a school zone.
You also said you seen the flashing light and the speed limit. So, how is this a speed trap?
Pay your ticket and move on and don't try blaming the officer for you not obeying the law just because you got caught.
