Needmore Rd south at the bottom of the long steep hill
Heading south on Needmore Rd from Tiny Town Rd you pass the speedway and firestation and go down a long steep hill where it is impossible not to exceed the speed limit of 45mph unless you ride your brakes all the way. The city cop hides in a pull-off that gives a farmer access to his field on the left side of the road. Most motorists will get caught here because there is nothing at the bottom of this hill that would make it important to slow down.

How is this a speed trap? I can bet I was the one that wrote you your ticket. You had to be going at least 60+ MPH for me to stop you; do your brakes not work? They should have slowed you enough to keep from getting stopped. YES it is important to slow down here, reasons why; I have encountered pedestrians (some Intoxicated), deer and traffic passing in this stretch of roadway. Not to mention this roadway is one of the deadliest in the city aside from a state route. I personally have worked 3 fatalities in the last 3 years on that roadway.
