This is completely subjective and charges will be filed based on the officer's report, not yours and you will be jailed and need an attorney for this charge. Palmer's revenue is made all off of I-45 traffic stops and you can find their track record on-line. If you want to see the town of Palmer dry up, do not speed and their revenue will evaporate. That's why they have the high tech SUVs that look like UFOs along with (mind you) body cams on the officers.
