These are all bypass areas around these towns and the local governing body of these towns have pressured the NDOR’s to slow the traffic down to 55mph from 65mph. These people have NO education, experience or training in traffic control and yet the NDOR is letting them control the speed limit. To this date I have heard of NO physical reason for their actions. Obey the traffic laws and practice defensive driving.
