Multiple times per day, the WSP will pull over motorists in the same spot, just north of the Quil Ceda exit. I used to work at a store near Walmart and there were always cars getting pulled over. I think the state patrol has an office near the 116th exit, so beware of speeding on I-5 between 116th and Quil Ceda.
