Market Street near Hine Street
Athens city police routinely are in the parking lot at Jiffy gas station or in the medical complex accross the street. The speed limit drops from 40 to 30 in that area and the police wait for speeders. They WILL stop you for 2 or 3 miles over the posted limit.
