I’m amazed that Daphne, AL was not already recognized. I grew up in Mobile and travelled very frequently "Across the Bay" to visit friends and such, and I could probably count on my fingers and toes how many times I have NOT seen blue lights along highway 98. The speed limits are not, relatively speaking, unreasonable, but 5 miles per hour over will certainly result in a ticket. It’s constant and infuriating. Several years ago, a brand new, very large police facility was constructed in Daphne.
