This is a tiny nothing of a town with speed traps for the unwary as one of their few means of revenue. Their 'court' is a joke set up merely to make it difficult to fight a ticket. The cops are uneducated bumpkins who have apparently watched way too many episodes of Highway Patrol and SWAT. They somehow think they're entitled to search your vehicle simply by demanding to do so while apparently attempting to look like real cops by posing in the quick draw posture and glaring at you. I would advise you to get a good lawyer, appeal anyting they do and publicize these highway robbers to keep any and all financial transacdtions out of their town so that it dries up and blows away.
