Troopers are seen regularly on I-459 under the bridge that is located right before the Trussville Hwy 11 off-ramp and right before I-459 ends at I-59. This is the same exit you take to go to the Penacle Mall. Usually seen more in the AM or PM rush hour traffic but can be there anytime.
