State Highway 31
When traveling south on Hwy 31 as you cross the city limit of Castleberry you or topping a hill with a speed limit of 55. Just over the crest of the hill the speed drops to 45 mph. The Atmore city cop sits at the bottom of the hill with his radar pointed at the top of the hill. If you are not going 45 when you pass the sign just over the hill, they get you.
