Yes, this is a speed trap!
There is a school zone throughout most of the town, no times are posted or flashing signals, nothing.
There is also a rather steep downhill here as well. (I drive a big truck, no jake brakes allowed, have to ride brakes all the way down it.
Time zones are 8:00 to 9:30 am, 11:30a to 1:30pm and 3:00 to 4:30 pm, and you're supposed to know it! Speed trap? Yes!
