Heading East Bound on Palomar Airport Road, before you reach McCellan, there is a Motorcycle cop that will park his bike on the island separating east and west bound traffic. His buddies will either also be on the Island behind some trees or parked off to the side of the next intersection ready to pull out infront of you forcing you to slam on your brakes. Then receive your well earned ticket.
