Cochran Street near Kadota Street
Kadota comes off (north) on Cochran St. between Tapo St. and Stearns St. Motorcycle cop hides there most mornings. I was taking my son to school (Pinecrest). I deserved the ticket – but the cop told me if I had been in the inside lane and not in the lane next to the sidewalk he would have let it go.
