Motorcycle officer hides in parking alcove just around curve at base of Little Mountain Ave. impossible to avoid if speeding downhill on Little Mountain.

The officer is not hiding he is parked in plain view in a parking lot. Lets not forget that there is a school at the bottom of the hill.
