There is a lot of commercial construction on either side of Enterprise from Pacific Park at the top of the hill to Aliso Viejo Pkwy at the bottom. The speed limit is posted at 25mph for the construction zone and the cops like to sit at either the bottom of the hill just before you reach AV Pkwy, around the bend so you can’t see them until its too late, or in the parking lot entrance on the right, midway going up the hill. Radar enforced. Beware.
